Yukon Indie Rock
Vanstones are a Yukon-based indie rock band with catchy, heartfelt song-writing and energetic live performances.
After the departure of two of the band's three founding members, the band moved to a power trio arrangement and solidified their high-energy sound (think Alabama Shakes, Manneskin, and The Strokes, with a touch of classic rock bands like Fleetwood Mac).
Their "Electric Lemonade" 2024 summer tour will showcase the band's new direction.
Performance highlights for Vanstones include opening for Serena Ryder, The Strumbellas, and Hannah Georgas, and performing at the Dawson City Music Festival. They were showcasing artists at Breakout West in Kelowna in October 2023. Their debut album "Cascadia" was released on August 25th 2023.
